Delegation of Ahmadiyya Jamaat Finland in Tampere

A delegation of Jamaat Ahmadiyya Finland travelled to Tampere on 18 February 2026 under the leadership of Missionary-in-Charge Mr. Shahid Mahmood Kahloon. During the visit, meetings were held with Bishop Matti Repo, Library Director Niina Salmenkangas, and Mayor Ilmari Nurminen, together with Communications Director Aleksi Murtojärvi.

At every meeting, Finnish translations of the Holy Qur’an were presented. Each official expressed gratitude for the visit and commended the Jamaat’s commitment to peace, interfaith dialogue, and voluntary service. The representatives appreciated the constructive engagement and welcomed continued cooperation for the benefit of the wider community.

With this outreach, the peaceful message of Islam Ahmadiyyat has now been conveyed in 35 cities throughout Finland.
